Gary and his wife were AWESOME! After calling several different companies, they were slightly more expensive but worth it. They displayed the highest level of professionalism and were very thorough in their inspection. The report was the most elaborate and comprehensive I've seen! The report also came with a termite inspection. For an additional charge, they provided me with a Wind Mitigation Report, which just save me a ton on homeowner's insurance. I would highly recommend them!
